Meadowline Labradors

This site is dedicated to my wonderful first labrador Beth (Queen of The Corn) whom without her none of this would have happened.
Beth was my first and most favorite labrador. She was from working stock and I soon realized that she was not built on the same lines as the show side.Still we went to some shows and I knew then that I loved being in the ring. Beth was sadly taken from me at the tender age of 3 with cancer of the spleen and I thought I would never get over losing her. I can honestly say that I was broken hearted when she died. Still I decided to carry on as Im sure Beth would have wanted me to.
I then contacted Mrs Litherland of the famous Oakhouse Kennels and asked her had she any pups. To my delight she had a litter of blacks and I got my beautiful Hannah.
Hannah was then my foundation bitch and every thing I have now goes back to her. She was a great help to me after Beth died, she loved showing and had some good wins in her time.
Through Beth and Hannah I have met some wonderful people who will be friends for life and I have had some memorable days with them and thier dogs.May we have many more.Thankyou Beth you will always be by my side.

I now have black, yellow and chocolate labradors which being descended from Hannah are show lines but are quite capable of doing a days work in the field or of being trained for what ever is required.

At the moment I have Stud dogs in all three colours (Black, Chocolate, and Yellow) and I have a couple of young bitches coming on to carry my lines on.

In 1996 I was fortunate enough to have Oakhouse Organist For Meadowline join us and he had considerable success in the ring but was never a happy showman so I soon concentrated on my other dogs but Raymond has served me well and has produced lots of litters passing on his sound movement and correct Labrador type
